Eric Wilson, AKA EJ, is the guy you want. 18 wheeler flung a rock at my car and shattered my windshield. He came out with respect, charisma, and was simply easy to work with. Pricing is overly fair and affordable, and i’m glad I got the pleasure of doing business with Eric!

Eric had the best price by far. I called seven other businesses to get quotes for replacing my husband’s windshield, and Xclusive Auto Glass was the most affordable. Eric arrived right on time, replaced the windshield quickly, and was courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the excellent service. I hired this guy for a windshield repair, and it has been a total disaster. The windshield has a leak, and water leaks into my car every single time it rains or when I go through a car wash 10 days after the installation. When I texted him about the leak, he promised he would drop by the next day. I understand people get busy, but over the course of the week, he stood me up 3 to 4 separate times. I rearranged my schedule and stayed home waiting for him four different times, and he was a no-show every single instance. After the final no-show, I texted him letting him know how completely unprofessional his business is. Instead of apologizing, he called me up completely irate, blasting me and refusing to let me get a single word in. He got all upset, started using the gospel/scripture to lecture me, yelled that he was coming anyway, and then hung up on me. I immediately texted him back telling him NOT to come to my property. I am completely done with his empty promises. Save yourself the stress, the flooded car, and the bizarre lectures—take your business to a real professional. To owner - the carwash was done a week after installation and screw at the bottom covers was prior to you

Eric is not a man of his word. Twice when I scheduled with him, he did not show up. When you call him because he hasn’t shown up yet, he’s non-responsive. If you need assured assistance, your best bet is to rely on an established reputable business that’ll tell you the truth about what they can do. Eric might give you a cheaper quote, but he isn’t reliable. Edit: This man later called me to cuss me out few minutes after posting the original review of this concerning his unreliability instead of apologizing and politely letting me know the situation of why he couldn’t come, so I hung up immediately because I knew I wasn’t dealing with a reasonable person. I called him twice and texted him prior, no response. Once I write a review over an hour later after our scheduled appointment, then he responds. So not only is he unreliable, he’s dishonest, and he’s rude. It doesn’t matter if he gives you a fair quote. It’s not worth the terrible customer service and manners that come with it.

This is the second time I have used Exclusive Auto Glass and have more than pleased. I love that they are mobile and come to me. The first time Eric came out to repair a crack in the windshield, he told me the windshield had been replaced before I owed my car. He pointed out the imperfections from the previous installer. He repaired the crack and while I was happy I didn't have to replace the windshield, I was sad the windshield had not been replaced properly prior to when I when I first bought the car since it was used. Since it needed a replacement this time, I knew he could fix it right and was actually glad to know it would be fixed properly. The install looks professional now. And I know the difference of a novice who made some mistakes versus an expert who could point those things out thanks to his explanations. The triangular bead looks nice and professional. Everything is on the correct side of the windshield now. Eric did an outstanding job in this Texas heat replacing my front windshield the way it should be. He even allowed my family to watch and he explained everything he was doing to all of us. I highly recommend this place if you want it done right.
